About Bhavishya Jain, SEO and organic growth consultant
I build the systems that make organic growth compound.
I'm Bhavishya Jain, a computer science graduate who found his way into organic growth by looking at problems through a different lens.
From travel to edtech, I've worked at the intersection of technology, product, and growth. I enjoy challenging conventional approaches, finding leverage in overlooked opportunities, and turning complex business problems into scalable growth systems.
My focus isn't just on growing organic traffic. It's on building organic acquisition engines that create a lasting competitive advantage and move businesses forward.
Currently at Scaler, working on unlocking new growth opportunities at the intersection of technology, product, and organic acquisition.

How I work
A loop, not a one-time audit
Every cycle ends with data that starts the next one, so the gains stack instead of fading after launch.
- 1
Days 1 to 14
Diagnose
Crawl data, Search Console, analytics and AI answers, read together to find where demand exists and the site isn't showing up.
You getA map of the biggest leaks, by revenue
- 2
Days 15 to 30
Prioritise
Each fix sized by impact and effort, so the roadmap is short and every item has a reason to exist.
You getA ranked roadmap your team can plan around
- 3
Months 2 to 4
Build
Templates, page systems and automations shipped with your developers and writers, not handed over as a PDF.
You getPages and systems live in production
- 4
Every week after
Compound
Dashboards and alerts watch what shipped. What works gets scaled, and what doesn't feeds the next diagnosis.
You getOne growth number, tracked to leads and revenue
Step 4 feeds straight back into step 1
- Foundations first. Content on a broken base is wasted.
- Systems over one-offs. One good template beats a hundred pages.
- Show the source. Every number links to its export.
- Revenue over rankings. Leads are the score.
Why an operator
I've sat on the side that owns the number
Most of my work has been in-house, where organic growth is a target someone answers for. That changes what gets built.
What usually happens
What happens here
An audit lands as a 60-page PDF and sits in a shared drive.
Fixes go into your sprint as tickets, each tied to a number.
Success is reported as rankings and impressions.
Success is reported as leads, bookings and revenue.
Pages are written one at a time, and growth stops when writing does.
Page systems and templates keep producing after launch.
Reports are screenshots you have to take on trust.
Every figure links back to the export it came from.
AI search is treated as next year's problem.
Pages are built to be cited in AI answers from day one.
