Programmatic SEO consulting

Programmatic SEO that builds pages people search for, not thin copies.

I map the demand, design the data model and template, and hand your developers a spec they can build from. Then we launch together and control what Google indexes. It starts from the pages already winning your searches, and it's the system I built at Thrillophilia.

Is programmatic SEO right for you?

A good fit if

  • You have repeatable inventory: destinations, products, courses, cities or rates
  • A developer can give the project a few hours each week
  • You trust your GA4 and Search Console data
  • Competitors rank with pages you don't have yet

Not the right fit if

  • Your site has serious crawl or indexing problems. Start with an Organic Growth Charter.
  • You want thousands of AI-written pages with no unique data
  • The site is under six months old with no organic baseline
  • You need guaranteed rankings by a date

What you keep at the end

Six pieces of work, documented so your team can run the next template without me.

Demand model
Every page you could build, with search volume, intent and priority.
Data and schema
The fields each page needs, where they come from and the structured data.
Template spec
A page template your developer can build from: content blocks, titles, metas and FAQs.
Internal links
Hub, sibling and breadcrumb links so new pages get found and gain authority.
Index control
Quality rules, sitemaps and canonicals, so only pages worth ranking get indexed.
Launch dashboard
Indexing, clicks and leads per template in Looker Studio.

How a programmatic SEO project runs

  1. Phase 1

    Teardown

Take apart the pages winning your searches and build the demand model.

  2. Phase 2

    Data and schema

Lock the fields, sources and structured data.

  3. Phase 3

    Template spec

Hand over the template and the link plan.

  4. Phase 4

    Build and check

Your developer builds; I check a staging sample.

  5. Phase 5

    First launch

Release the first batch and watch indexing.

  6. Phase 6

    Handover

Dashboard walkthrough and a plan for the next template.

This approach is the page engine I built at Thrillophilia.

Questions about programmatic SEO

How many pages will we launch?

As many as pass the quality rules in the demand model. The aim is pages that deserve to rank, not a page count.

Which CMS do you work with?

WordPress, Next.js, headless and custom builds. The spec is written for your developer, whatever they use.

What happens after launch?

You keep everything. Many teams move on to the next template, or bring me in as a fractional growth lead.

Do I need an Organic Growth Charter first?

It's recommended, not required. If your site has technical problems, the charter finds them before we build on top.

Works well for

Industries with repeatable inventory

  • Travel: destination and month pages
  • E-commerce: category pages
  • EdTech: course and city pages
